• Individuals who are signatories on the same advisory agreement with Ifrah Financial Services will be considered to be part of the same household. Information on all accounts under a given household may be shared with every individual who is reflected on the agreement.
• SMS Consent: Phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be shared with third parties.
• User Rights: Clients can obtain a copy of the personal data shared with us and request correction of inaccuracies. Request for deletion of personal data may be subject to regulatory requirements.
