Client Services Manager
Robert currently serves as Manager of our Client Services Group, responsible for oversight of the proper execution of all trading activity, client account maintenance and client servicing. In addition, he acts as liaison for investment companies, brokerage firms, and other vendors of services used by Ifrah Financial Services to help serve its clients. Robert has 17+ years of experience in brokerage operations and has completed the Series 7 licensing exam. He graduated from Draughon Business College in 1989, receiving a Diploma in Executive Accounting and is currently pursuing a B.A. through the Pennsylvania State University World Campus. Robert served in the US Army at Ft. Bragg, NC and in the Army Reserves with the Special Operations Command headquartered at Ft. Bragg. He is a veteran of numerous military operations, including Operation Desert Storm.
Evelyn has over sixteen years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting. In addition to her accounting duties she is responsible for processing and reconciling data received from our custodians and coordinating our reporting to clients. She is our liason with our vendors and other specialized contacts. Evelyn also handles research with proxies, tender offers, etc. She has previous experience working with another investment firm and a real estate firm.
Julia is a native to Little Rock. Julia has over nine years experience in the financial and insurance business. Her work in both has provided her with an extensive knowledge of industry procedures, federal regulations and project management. With a focus on customer service, Julia can analyze and deliver complex information in an understandable way. As a member of the Client Service Group, Julia handles requests directly from the client and planners, executing trades, importing and reconciling data from our custodians, and preparing reports for our planners.
Cinny is a native of Little Rock. She graduated from Baylor University with a BA in Communications. Among the many activities she is involved with at IFS include trading of securities, processing and reconciling data received from custodians and knowledgeably handling direct client requests. Cinny has 25 years of customer service, marketing and public relations experience. She has also previously served as client services manager with a financial planning firm in Louisiana.
