Frank Kelly, CFP®
Frank has been working in the financial services since 1976 and earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Certification in 1990. Frank served six years on the board of the Arkansas Chapter of the International Association for Financial Planning (IAFP) and two of those years as President. Frank is a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA). In 2005 Frank received the St. George Episcopal Award given by the Charter Organization of Troop 7 and the Boy Scouts of America for his contribution to Scouting. Frank is the current Chairman of the Arkansas Renewable Energy Association, an Arkansas based 501(c)3 non-profit organization where he is active in helping Arkansas develop policies to promote the adoption of renewable energy systems in Arkansas. Frank lives in Little Rock with his wife, Jo.
Jim Erwin is a Financial Planner with Ifrah Financial Services. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Arkansas State University and has a background in financial planning and real estate. His professional affiliations include being a member of the Financial Planning Association. Presently he serves as the Secretary, Treasurer and website master for the Arkansas Chapter. Jim is currently completing the process to become a Certified Financial Planner™. Jim and his wife Carolyn live in Bryant, Arkansas. They have one son, Trey. He and his wife are active members of Geyer Springs Baptist Church in Little Rock.
Kyle Pitts, CFP®
Kyle Pitts is a native Arkansan with Ifrah Financial Services, Inc. Kyle holds a BSBA in Financial Management from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, an MBA from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and has obtained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation. Kyle is Past-Chairman and Past-President of the Financial Planning Association (FPA) of Arkansas. Kyle had also received an adjunct teaching position from the Department of Economics and Finance at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock to teach Professional Financial Planning.
Currently, Kyle is an Ambassador with the Little Rock Regional Chamber of Commerce and a member of Leadership Greater Little Rock Alumni – Class XIX. He is also a member of the Rock Stars Leads Group, a co-founder of the Arkansas Dance Network, Inc., and a THEA Foundation Board member.
John Kelly, CFP®
John Kelly is a native Arkansan with Ifrah Financial Services. John holds a BA in Finance from the University of Arkansas Little Rock. After receiving his degree in 1982 John began his career under the guidance of his father William T. Kelly, Arkansas First Certified Financial Planner®. John received his Certified Financial Planner Certificate® in 1988. John has been working directly with clients for over 25 years. John continues his commitment to excellence through educational in the pursuit of a Masters Degree in Financial Planning. His interest include cycling, water sports and hunting.
Doug Spencer, CFP®
Doug Spencer has been providing sound financial advice to clients since 1967, starting in the financial services industry as a practicing Certified Public Accountant for a prominent National Firm. Doug also has the designations of Certified Financial Planner®, Personal Financial Specialist and is a Beta Gamma Sigma honor graduate from the University of Alabama where he was a varsity letter winner in track and field and an All-SEC Academic Athlete. He is a member in good standing in the Practitioner’s Division of the Financial Planning Association (FPA), and is also currently registered with the National Football League Players Association (NFLPA) Financial Advisors Program. Doug’s focus is on strategic retirement and tax planning for owners of closely held businesses, high net-worth individuals and professionals in the medical and dental fields. Professional affiliations include the American Institute of CPA’s, Arkansas Society of CPA’s and the Financial Planning Association. Doug and his wife, Debbie, live in Warren, AR and are active members of Immanuel Baptist Church.
Ryan Fuchs, CFP®
Ryan is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and Dallas native. He holds a B.A. (Bachelor of Arts) in Biology, with a minor in Economics, from Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas. He received his J.D. (Juris Doctor) from The University of Tulsa College of Law in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and his LL.M. (Master of Laws) in Taxation from The University of Florida Levin College of Law in Gainesville, Florida.
Ryan holds law licenses in Texas, Oklahoma and Florida. Prior to joining Ifrah Financial Services, he practiced corporate law, tax law, and estate planning for a law firm in Tulsa, Oklahoma, followed by a position as Chief Legal Officer for an insurance marketing agency in Dallas, Texas. Additionally, he has experience as a tax consultant where he helped small and mid-size business owners with entity restructuring, asset protection, corporate retirement plans, employee benefits planning, health care planning, succession planning, and estate planning. Ryan and his wife, Saretta, live in the Dallas area. They have two daughters, Laila and Avery. Ryan is a member of the Addison Midday Rotary Club, he writes a financial planning blog (http://www.invsense.com), and he enjoys playing golf in his spare time.
